If you are planning to ship us your parts to work on, you need to include the following information:
1. Your name and shipping address.
2. A current day time phone number.
3. A brief description of the work to be performed.
4. Year, make, and model of the bike.

Make sure that you wrap up your parts well. Generally, you should adequately wrap each item separately, pack in a rigid box with intact flaps, and use strong packing tape to secure the box. Make that the parts are tight in the box; if they rattle around in the box they may fall out or get damaged during shipping. Please check with your shipping provider for specific instructions.
We will make sure that your parts are well taken care of, but if we don’t get them we can’t work on them. You will get a call when we receive your parts, and when the job is done we will call to arrange for payment.
The following instructions should give you a guideline for sending your MOTOR to be worked on.
1.) Decide what you want to be done.
2.) Pull your motor or components off your bike and clean thoroughly
3.) Pack your motor ready for shipping and mark your individual parts with your name. Bubble wrap and tape everything, we cannot stress this enough, protect your investment! Be sure to use a large cooler or heavy duty Rubbermaid tote for the shipping container.
4.) Print and fill out our SERVICE SHEET and include it with your motor.
5.) Once packed call MOTO-XPERTS to initiate the order and ship to us.
